CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing will be from 15.05.2026 to 28.05.2026 during normal working hours at their Head Office in Prabhaki Industrial Park, Baba Dogo, Nairobi and their premises off Outering Road, Nairobi, Godown No. C4.
  2. All intending bidders shall make a refundable bidding deposit of Kshs 30,000 for small items and Kshs 100,000 for motor vehicles through our Paybill number (A/C: 769941, A/C Name: Registration Number of Unit) to enable participation in the auction. Please note that there shall be no bidding without paying the deposit.
  3. All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details and conditions of the goods/motor vehicles as KOKO NETWORKS LIMITED and/or the Auctioneer do not warrant these items and they are offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.
  4. Payment terms for the items listed for disposal shall be by cash at the fall of the hammer to an account that will be provided. Collection of items will be within 72 hours after purchase.
  5. The cost of transfer, re-registration, and any other related costs will be borne by the Buyer. The Client will provide all necessary documents to enable the Buyer to initiate the transfer process.
  6. The Client will release the vehicle to the Buyer only upon production of proof of payment.
  7. Unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded their deposits immediately after the auction.
  8. The sale will be subject to reasonable reserve prices. The Client and/or the Auctioneer reserve the right to reject any bid without giving reasons.
  9. The Buyer is given 10 working days from the auction day to complete the process of transfer of ownership, after which the Client reserves the right to repossess the vehicle. Should the vehicle be repossessed, all deposits paid will be retained by the Client.
  10. Full payment for all items bid for must be made before collection.
  11. All items meeting the above conditions must be removed within 10 working days from the auction date from the clients compound. If the Buyer causes delays, a storage fee of Kshs 1,000 per day after the 10th day shall apply.
